Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades will apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my storage runs out on the free plan?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan to continue uploading new film. Your existing film will remain accessible.
Do paid plans auto-renew?
Only the monthly subscription auto-renews at the end of each month. Season and yearly subscriptions will expire and require your team to renew inside the app.
